Cape Jaffa Anchorage Tavern Construction
We are excited to announce the construction of a tavern facility at the award winning Cape Jaffa Anchorage marina development during 2016. Hayward Property has acted as development manager for the project since 2011, and will lead the project management of this tavern construction.

Flagstaff Hill Project
Hayward Property has been awarded the development management contract for a 21 lot sub-division in Flagstaff Hill. The project is in the initiation phase, Hayward Property will guide the project through full development approval, engineering design, marketing and pre-sales and project delivery. There is strong demand for land in the Flagstaff Hill area so these allotments are expected to sell quickly, the first allotments are expected to be released late in 2013.
